This information may include the type of browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows XP, Windows Vista), your primary email package (e.g., Outlook, Outlook Express). When you are using the Software with your current email products, you transfer personal information about yourself through your own email system in accordance with the security available on your own email system. If you are using non-secure email, as with all non-secure email, it may be possible for a third party to intercept and read these messages.
How We Use The Information
We may use the information you provide about yourself to complete your purchase requests, provide customer support, respond to your inquiries about our products, and offer you other World2one products or services as they become available.
We may occasionally use this information to communicate with you, such as to welcome you as a new user, update your software, or to provide customer support if you are having difficulty using our products.
We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze site and product usage, and to offer new products, programs, or services.
We will never sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personally identifiable information to any third parties for marketing purposes. We will only share your information with third parties to carry out your instructions and to provide specific services. For instance, we use a credit card processing company to bill users for subscription fees.
Agents and contractors of World2one who have access to personally identifiable information are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice by, for example, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for World2one.
We may disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request.
Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Notice.
In the event World2one goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition or the sale of a portion of its assets, your membership in the World2one iCARD system, and information therein will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. You will be notified of an ownership change pursuant to Notification of Changes section of the privacy statement.

Collection of Information by Third-Party Sites and Sponsors
The World2one products and web sites may contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. Please consult the other sites' privacy notices, as World2one has no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
World2one may offer content that is sponsored by or co-branded with identified third parties. By virtue of these relationships, the third parties may obtain personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily submit when downloading and registering the software. World2one has no control over how these third parties will use this information.
How we use Cookies and Log Files
In order to improve the World2one services and the site, we use "cookies" when you are logged into the site using your email address and password. A cookie is a piece of data that is transferred to your browser by a Web server and can only be understood by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your computer's identification token and enables World2one to personalize your experience when you are using the Software. The cookie also contains your email address so that we can make it easier for you to sign in. If you reject the cookie, you may not be able to sign up for some of the services or use certain features of the site.
Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. (For some Web pages that require an authorization, cookies are not optional. Users choosing not to accept cookies will probably not be able to access those pages.)
While World2one uses cookies to enable you to use the services and the site, and our Web servers automatically log the Internet Protocol ("IP") address of your computer, World2one does not use this information to identify you personally except to provide you with the features of the services.
Like most Internet services, we use log files, both on the client and server side. The data held in log files includes your IP address, browser type, email application, Internet service provider ("ISP"), referring/exit Web pages, computer platform type, date/time stamp, and user activity. World2one uses the log data to analyze trends, administer the services and the site, and gather broad usage information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not tied to your information.
The Software has associated log and temporary files that are stored on your local hard drive and on World2one's servers. These files store your information, your permissions, preference settings and system notifications as well as other data necessary to operate the Software. Your information resides locally in the email application you designate to work with the Software, as well as in World2one's servers.
Children's Privacy.
World2one is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. World2one's Software, services and Site are not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 13. World2one does not knowingly collect information from children.
Our Commitment to Security
We have the appropriate physical, electronic, and management procedures in place to safeguard your information, and to help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online.
How You Can Access or Correct Information
You have the right to access and correct, update, and/or delete Your Information at any time. You can do so by using the Software on your desktop or by signing into your account on the Site.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change the Privacy Policy, we will provide a notice of such change on the site's homepage, and other places we deem appropriate, so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances -- if any -- we disclose it. We will use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which the information was collected.
If, however, we plan to use your information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. However, if you have declined member communications, deleted or deactivated your account with the services, then you will not be contacted, nor will your information be used in this new manner.
In addition, if we make any material changes to our privacy practices that do not affect your information already stored on World2one's servers, we will post a prominent notice on the site notifying you of the change. In some cases where we post such a notice we will also contact you, if you have opted to receive member communications from us, notifying you of the changes to our privacy practices.
